They are the first voice clients hear when they call, and the last face they see when they walk through our doors. In many ways, they set the tone for every visit! Their kindness, compassion, and sense of humor keep our team fueled and focused. Their jobs require incredible multitasking—answering phones, scheduling appointments, helping worried pet owners, managing records, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, truly being the bridge between the medical team and our clients. 

Tina, Eren, Tawnya, and Seretha, thank you for the amazing hard work you put in every day. Even through hard days, you guys bring sunshine and laughter to make every day better than the last! Thank you for your dedication, your professionalism, and the compassion you show every single day!
