This gorgeous girl came to us scared and terrified — a shadow of who she truly was.(You may remember her freedom post, when she was saved from euthanasia.) But with love, patience, and the safety of her foster home, BROWNIE has blossomed into the most beautiful soul. 🌸

And now? She's ready for her forever home. 💛

We're bringing some absolutely adorable new puppies, including our irresistible boxer mix puppies 🥊🐶 — AND some of our sweet, patient dogs who have been waiting a little longer for their happily ever after. Today was a big day. Four dogs walked out of South LA Animal Shelter and into safety, and we couldn't be more grateful. 🧡

Four different dogs. Four different stories. But today they all share the same ending — they are safe, they are out, and they are never going back. 🙌

Every pull like this one takes a village. The people who spotted them, the ones who made calls and sent messages, the drivers who showed up today — it all matters. None of this happens without a community that refuses to look away. So thank you to everyone who played a part in getting these four out. You know who you are. 💛

Four precious faces, but the love doesn't stop there! Meet LUCA, HALEY, SKYE & VIC — four of a litter of 10 sweet boxer mix pups. 🧡 A little nervous at first but absolutely full of playful, loving puppy goodness once they settle in. These four will be at our adoption event this Saturday in San Juan Capistrano, but their 6 siblings still need foster families to help them thrive.

And then there's the real hero of this whole story — mama Layla. 🤍 This beautiful boxer girl did everything she could to care for her 10 babies, and now that her pups are growing up and finding their families, Layla deserves the same. She is looking for a loving foster home where she can finally rest, heal, and just be someone's whole world for a change.

Our sweet, gentle and super loving boy Bogie was rescued from an LA shelter several weeks ago and is ready for his family! Bogie js SO special, you guys. He is incredibly calm out in public, attaches deeply to his people, loves kids and other dogs, and is an all around incredible dog. He’s one of the souls that comes along and you just know has a deeper awareness and spirit to him. He is a 1-2yr old mixed breed medium sized male-
Neutered and fully vaccinated and ready to go!
Bogie is an easy dog- he loves to be by your side and lean in for love. He would he best with someone that can include him in their daily life and on adventures!

Simba A5767874 is FREE! 🎉

After two long months at Carson Shelter, this beautiful boy is finally safe. He had a microchip — his family knew where he was — but no one ever came. So *we* came. 💙

And today? Simba went for a walk. He went shopping. He got to just *be a dog* again.

That's everything. 🥹

This wouldn't have been possible without every single person who shared, tagged, advocated, and refused to give up on him. You know who you are — and Simba thanks you with those big, soulful eyes. 🐾

From the shell of a burned down building to a bright future, meet Mama Lyla and her 10 puppies 💛

Rescued by the amazing Suzette Hall and her team, this Boxer mix mama (just 1 year old herself!) never gave up on her pups. Now safe, healthy, and full of love, they're ready for the next chapter.

🐾 Lyla — ~1 year, ~50 lbs, sweetest mama ever
🐾 10 puppies, 5 girls and 5 boys (one not shown) — 6 weeks old, available for adoption in 2 weeks

We need fosters AND adopters!

As a foster, you provide the safe space, the love, and the basic training — we handle the rest. All supplies and medical care are covered. Your job is simply to be their soft place to land while we find them their forever homes. 🏠

Foster requirements:
📍 Located in Orange County
🤍 A loving, safe home environment
🐾 Willingness to provide basic training and socialization until adopted
