My name is India Neal and Im a fashion designer located in San Diego, CA. This page displays some of my work from the very start until the present. My fashion line, BOLDbyNichelle is for anyone who is open to BOLDNESS and originality. Most pieces are made to order and priced according to labor, fabric, and fashion details. I complete custom orders as well as book for fashion shows. Although most of my clients are women, i do not discriminate! I CAN MAKE ANYTHING! Menswear, womenswear, children's wear, Plus Size garments, garments for your pets, home decor, and even some accessories such as scarves.
