At Tales of the Kitty we usually show you what the cats are up to—and sometimes even their sitters—but what about their people?

When we’re spending time with Muesli (tabby) and Poppy (gray & white), their mom is off working on something pretty incredible… like hosting Life Unearthed with Ariel Waldman on PBS because (you guessed it) she is Ariel Waldman!

This visually stunning science and nature series explores Earth’s ecosystems at every scale, from microscopic life to vast natural landscapes. It is definitely worth a watch if you’re in the mood for something captivating and educational, hosted by a really adventurous cat mom!

Someone has to hold things down at home with Muesli and Poppy while their mom is out exploring the world—we are so glad it’s us!
