To my human moms & dads, this is what happens to my paws when you take me out in the scorching sun ☀️ when the pavement is so hot !

Remember I sweat through my paws, so in this heat I can’t get rid of my sweat as my paws are burning. Missing my walk won’t harm me. Please let me just relax indoors and take me out when the sun is down🐾

If you see someone walking their dog on hot pavement, ask them to take off their shoes for the remainder of their walk home. Maybe then they'll understand.

Pets Can Get Whisker Fatigue 🐶🙀

Both cats and dogs have whiskers, which are highly sensitive touch receptors. They help them navigate around and sense changes in air currents. However, if their whiskers touch something too much, they can experience what’s called “whisker fatigue”.
The biggest culprits of whisker fatigue are deep food and water bowls.

Let’s Talk about Anxiety!

Few of our favorite tips to keep your pet CALM during the firework 🎆 🎇 🧨 season:

1. Use a quality calming chew/treat;
2. Diffuse an essential oil - specific to keeping pets calm;
3. Keep them inside with you alongside with background noise like a sound machine, music or even a television.

⭐️ Bonus tip: Be sure they have their favorite chew toy/comfort toy available ⭐️
