Dear friends and kind-hearted supporters,
We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts for our beloved Capone, a sweet boy who has brought joy and love to so many lives over the past 10-12 years. He has shown everyone the true spirit of his breed, always greeting people with warmth and gentle affection.
On Christmas Eve, our world turned upside down when Capone suddenly fell ill. We stayed by his side all night, monitoring him closely and comforting him. By Christmas morning, he seemed a little better, but still not quite himself. We rushed him to the vet for a full evaluation, clinging to hope.
The news was heartbreaking: Capone has a mass about the size of an orange on his spleen and needs surgery to remove it. His prognosis is good if we can get the surgery done soon, but the cost is more than we can manage on our own at the moment. Surgery is tentatively scheduled for next Friday, and we’re hoping things don’t worsen before then. We’re doing everything we can to keep him comfortable and safe until his surgery date.
We would be so grateful for any help you can give to support Capone’s surgery. Your kindness will help us keep our sweet, pouty boy with us a little longer, and we’ll be forever thankful for your support.
