TCWGlobal and BoujieMana were honored to partner with the to serve a Thanksgiving lunch to 40 local families today!

Police officers and TCWGlobal staff served the meal, connected with the guests, and handed out Cooper stuffed animals to the kids!

Thanksgiving is all about gratitude, and we are incredibly grateful to be able to support San Diego in this way!

Jacqueline served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy and recently transitioned to serving our country as a member of the USA Navy Reserves! Her experience teaching leadership and ethics in the Navy has translated into impressive project management skills at 👏

We were beyond honored to be selected as the “2024 Social Impact For-Profit Large Business of the Year” at the conference yesterday!

Employee Spotlight: As our powerhouse Director of External HR and Compliance, Meagan G. is the queen of solving escalated employment issues and navigating all things legal—whether it’s contracts, policies, or the ever-changing world of regulations. If it’s complex, she’s on it!
 
But that’s not all! Meagan’s a serious go-getter outside the office, too. When she’s not making us look good, she’s hiking, reading, and crushing half marathons. In fact, she’s training for her second this year (her 5th ever!) this December.

And that’s a wrap on Refresh 2024! Over the past four weeks, TCWGlobal hosted four focused training sessions that helped us sharpen our skills, align our vision, and connect over delicious breakfasts provided by 👏

To keep things engaging, we added some “refreshing” touches, like fresh lemonade, packs of mint gum, and lime-colored balloons, all in keeping with the theme! 💚

Scenes from MindAlign 2024 (a.k.a. “Resilience Rodeo”) 🤠

MindAlign is an annual company initiative that focuses on mental wellness! This year, our MindAlign team hosted a month full of events designed to bring joy, promote mindfulness, and support mental well being.

Some of the events included: weekly meditation and prayer sessions, a book club, art and crafts tables, “TCWGlobal Spirit Week”, and a kickball field day!

We’re passionate about our people, and MindAlign is one of the ways we work to support our employees as whole people!
