Little Buddies owner Sean has been surrounded by dogs his whole life, starting at the age of five when he formed relationship with the neighbor’s Bird Dogs. His family has always had a dog (or two) in it, starting with Ranger and loving him for a lucky 18 years. When Sean moved to California from the Northeast, he adopted two brother-and-sister corgi-mix rescues and quickly fell in love. Sean’s commitment to his work shows with how he involves himself in each animal's well-being.

It guts us to post this. Fred has passed on, after 13 years, joining his sister Maggie across the rainbow bridge. 8 years was not enough for us. He’d always run up, all smiles, and wiggle to be pet. Sometimes I had to remind him that he was in the park to play with other dogs. For as sweet as he was, we also felt fiercely protected by him. He was great to walk if I wanted to avoid people and other animals. Off leash he was loud and happy, everyone’s friend. Addison was his favorite and a neighbor of his. A staple at birthday parties, he helped get the other dogs in line. Towards the end we’d sit in his favorite park, in the shade, as he didn’t always have the strength to walk. He’d cuddle and alert me if he saw any other animals. Then once he’d pulled home, we had no choice but to follow. One of the strongest pups I’ve ever met. He had a fun life and a wonderful mother who’d do anything for her dogs. We all loved him very much.
