Every year I look forward to our company Christmas party at the La Jolla Country Club.  The views are normally great for sunset pics but we had a nasty fog bank move in that ruined that.  Of all nights!

Excited for my newest first time homebuyers to get into Escrow!  I'm lucky enough to be helping the daughter of a friend I've known since 6th grade at St. Michaels!  I love when people trust me enough to refer their favorite people!  She and her fiancé found a fixer in the complex they have been hoping to buy in and we beat out another cash investor with our solid and clean offer!   #01978622

Pups saw their mom for the first time in almost a year.   Sadly they did not get along but Frankie the brother is still their best buddy and they love to see each other when we are in Ramona.  Fritz found a new frisbee which he hoarded the whole day.

JUST SOLD! I'm so excited for this family to get the keys to their new townhome in Spring Valley.  I met them at an open house about 4 years ago and what a reward to be able to help them after all that time.  They were in Texas part of the time we were house hunting so did a lot of Face Time showings with them and that's how we ended up with the one they bought.  They really wanted a home with space for their 4 kids and this townhome is 1800 sf which is a great size for the money they paid. My handsome Fritz and sweet girl Maizy have been so much fun to have in our lives.  Once you are a dog person its hard to not have one around.  We went almost a year with no dog after losing our beloved Bella and it was lonely.  Safe to say we are not lonely anymore with these 2 puppy monsters!

Normally we get deer at this tree stump when we put out the apples we pick.  This time all we got was Dachshunds!
