Communication with your dog groomer is an important thing! I have spent literally thousands of dollars on my tools/equipment, products and trade because I want to provide the best service for you and your dog. I spend time talking and educating pet owners about anything and everything that I find wrong. We don’t tell you to bring it in more often because we want to make loads of money off you. We tell you come in frequently to reduce the high risk dangers that your pet is placed in due to it not cooperating during the grooming procedure. We use very sharp scissors blades and tools. Trust me when I say we take as much precaution as possible. Besides making your pet look nice and clean we want to make sure they are good and healthy. Know this, we might even see your dog more than your vet and we see every inch of your pets body. So if we raise concerns about getting a lump checked or getting that severe infection looked at, we say it because we care. If you have any questions comments or concerns regarding anything please make sure you talk to us. We will answer any questions you may have to the best of our knowledge. Don’t be afraid to say something. I do ask to be respected though. Just because you are paying us doesn’t mean you get to demand or talk to us in any rude way. When you see us upset because you randomly walk in because you haven’t been called yet for pick up, understand because by you walking in you put myself and your dog in high risk of something really wrong happening. You walk in, your dog sees you and all it wants to do is move and try to get to you. Mind you we still have about 15-20 min of scissor work on your dogs face. So you can imagine what can happen. Trust us and know that you don’t have to be nervous about leaving your pet with us. God forbid anything happens to your pet know that you are the first one we call. . Every dog is different and is unique in their own way. . . Allot of groomers including myself are upset because we don’t feel as valued as we should be. Especially more now since this whole Dr. Oz one sided episode about pet grooming came out. For those clients who have supported me and my craft through the years I just want to say thank you so much and I appreciate every single last one of you 💕

Breast Cancer Awareness month has officially ended, but it's ALWAYS a good time to raise awareness for such a cause and these pups are doing their part! :)
