Dear Valued Clients,
We would like to take a moment to thank you for being part of the Night and Day Dog Training family. Your trust, encouragement, and support over the years have meant the world to us, and it has been an absolute privilege to work with you and your dogs.
After much thought and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our training services. This means that we will no longer be offering day trains training, board and trains, or private sessions. This change is due to personal reasons, and while it was not an easy decision, we believe it is the right one at this time.
Please rest assured that we will remain available to answer questions and provide pack walks and boarding services for our current clients. Our priority is, and always will be, the well-being of the dogs entrusted to our care.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support. The bonds we’ve built with both our two- and four-legged clients will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Summer Series Workshops☀️

Workshop starts at 9 am both Saturday and Sunday and goes until we are finished working all the dogs.

Our monthly pack walks are a free and convenient way to access knowledge and feedback from our trainers! These are accessible to all clients that have participated in at least one private appointment!

When working with a dog that has behavioral problems it’s crucial that you provide ample mental and physical stimulation for them. Just like humans both are required in order to aid in emotional regulation and guide a dog towards emotional homeostasis. If your dogs is not receiving healthy alternative outlets, chances are you will not see a positive change in behavior. Dogs training can be very complex, but some aspects are very straight forward. For instance, whatever your goals are for your dog you want to input the proper pieces in order to coach your dog towards success. If you have a certain expectation of your dog, but your input does not change, you can’t expect your dog to change themselves. An example could be working with a reactive dog that has a history of lunging at bikes. If you are training with the expectation/ goal that your dog walks by neutral while checking in with you, but you never give your dog the benefit of the doubt and grip the leash, stare at the bike yourself and apply constant anticipatory leash pressure don’t expect anything less from your dog. Mix that with providing healthy outlets such as tread milling, obedience training, interactive play, sniff walks, impulse control training and you’ll be setting you and your dog up for success!!
