Meet Oliver. He was surrendered by his owner, who could not take care of him and left him in a crate on heavy medication for 10 hours a day. He is now with a wonderful foster and has proven to be an amazing dog. He is potty train, great with other dogs, current on his vaccines and very loving and sweet.
