I’m feeling so heartbroken — another Happy Paw has passed, and it was completely unexpected. 💔

Grief is such a real and painful emotion that every pet owner eventually faces. For me, my clients’ pets become like my own, so hearing that one has passed unexpectedly truly hurts.

Zeke was such a sensitive soul. His eyes had a way of looking at you with pure love and complete trust. He loved his walks, his treats, and cuddling with me on the couch.

I will miss you, Zeke. Run free, big boy, and go find your sister Kalani. 🌈🐾💔

Miss Maggie is one gorgeous chocolate Lab who loves her toys and her walks, and she definitely knows how to work it for a treat. She’ll sit perfectly still during our walks and refuse to budge until she’s earned one. She cracks me up and always makes me smile as we stroll along.

Mr. Fergus knows he’s not supposed to be on the counter… and somehow only “forgets” when mommy isn’t home. 😂 No matter how many times I place him back on the floor, he quietly hops right back up like we never had the conversation.

I mean… look at that face. How am I supposed to enforce the rules? 🥹 He follows me around the house, plays with his toys with me, and spends the evening curled up in my lap like the sweetest little kitty… be still my heart. 🐈‍⬛❤️

I truly enjoyed pet sitting these beautiful fur babies - Harlow, Harris, Whinny, and Dill. Harris loved chasing thrown balls outside, with his sister Harlow happily racing after him. Whinny and Dill were the sweetest kitties and quickly learned that I’d hide treats around the house just for them to find, carefully placed where their dog siblings couldn’t get to them first.

Welcome Lincoln to the Happy Paws family! 🐾💙

This handsome guy was an absolute treat to walk while his parents were out of town and Grandma held down the fort at home. Lincoln is one handsome GSP and this boy walks and walks and walks, but I have to say, he does it like a gentleman!

Our adventures included beautiful park views, spotting a wedding in progress, and watching Lincoln show off his best “pointer” pose whenever he spotted squirrels. 😂🐿️ And in true Lincoln fashion, he jumped right into the Amazon truck with the driver!

So happy to have this sweet, adventurous boy as one of my newest Happy Paws clients! 🐶✨
