I've learned that your reputation is built long before anyone writes a recommendation.

It's built in the way you treat people.
The way you show up.
The way you stay calm when things get busy.
The way you communicate with clients.
The way you care for every patient as if they were your own.

There are moments in your career that remind you you're walking in your purpose.
