Since 1983, Helga’s Pet Grooming has proudly served as one of San Antonio’s longest-standing pet care establishments. Founded on a singular principle—providing absolute tender loving care in a safe, transparent, and trustworthy environment—Helga pioneered an open-concept grooming space with no hidden back rooms. That commitment to excellence and integrity quickly established Helga’s as one of the premier grooming facilities in the city.
Following Helga’s passing, and after more than 40 years of serving San Antonio’s cherished pets and their dedicated owners, we have made the difficult decision to close this chapter. Helga truly fulfilled her professional dreams. For her family, her final wish was simple yet profound: she wanted her children to pursue their own unique passions and dreams, just as she had so successfully done with hers.
Thank you, San Antonio, for being part of an incredible, 40-year journey that exceeded our mother’s wildest dreams.
