Exciting News for Our Clients!

Soap-n-Suds is making a big upgrade! This week, we’re transitioning to a new scheduling system to streamline appointments and improve communication. As part of this change, we will eventually move to a text-only system for scheduling and updates.

Even better—our new system now offers online booking for added convenience! Once you set up your client portal using the link in your reminder text, you’ll be able to book appointments, view upcoming visits, and access past appointments with ease.

We also have a new landing page where new clients can request an appointment!

We appreciate your patience during this transition. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Thank you for your continued support—we can’t wait to make booking with us even easier!

Dear Valued Clients,

We hope your new year is off to a wonderful start. Unfortunately, ours has been met with some unexpected challenges that we want to share with you, as they have impacted our operations and scheduling.

Over the holiday break, our van was in the shop for a transmission replacement and was initially scheduled to be ready by January 2nd. However, delays pushed the completion date to January 7th. Shortly after, it required additional repairs due to an unresolved issue and, while we were briefly back in service, the van encountered another problem on January 8th.

Most recently, on January 13th, the van broke down again while at a client’s house and had to be towed back to the repair shop. This series of events has significantly disrupted our schedule, and if you have not received your usual appointment notification (typically sent by December 31st), this is the reason why.

We are working diligently to resolve these issues and return to full service as quickly as possible. While we remain hopeful for a swift resolution, there is still some uncertainty at this time.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate these challenges. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

We will have openings for clients in the Potranco Rd/1604 area to Bandera Rd (outside 410), but willing to add as far as I-10 area if needed in October as we are looking to adding another groomer!

Our website does list current pricing as well as our full service area as this post is for only a portion of it so we can get the incoming groomer some clients! We do have limited openings in other areas as well. When you contact us, please have your dogs breed(s), age, approximate weight and your address with what services you are inquiring for. This will help us to quickly find a possible appointment slot for you!

Lynda's Tire Service to the rescue again! If you are in San Antonio, we highly recommend this small business. They come to your location to swap out tires when you blow a tire like we did this morning! We were back on the road to our clients in no time!

It likely begins this weekend!! Every year more animals go missing around July 4th than any other time, running scared from fireworks. Please take this time to be sure your pet’s microchip registration is up to date, or have them chipped if not already. Be sure they are wearing indentification, it can be as simple as the example in this pic. Bring them inside, away from the noise, it’s scary for most pets, they feel they’re in a war zone!!! Some pets go missing and never return home, some are hit by vehicles and killed, it happens EVERY YEAR at this time. Don’t let you furry love be a statistic!!
