The Pup Stop - Boarding & Day Care
Entry Level Full/Part Time Kennel Tech. Looking for a Full or Part Time Kennel Tech 24-40 a week. Monday, Tuesday, Friday 12PM-9PM, Saturday & Sunday 7AM-4PM. (Will consider Part Time hours on the same days listed) Some flexibility on shift days.
Great opportunity for a someone who loves dogs, especially rescue dogs. Perfect for students pursuing a veterinarian degree.
Responsibilities include:
*Walking/Engaging/Playing with Dogs
*Cleaning Kennels & Play yards
*Feeding/Medicating per Vet instructions
*Observation and documentation of the health of the dogs
*Taking fun pictures of the dogs to share with owners and rescues
*Minimal customer interaction
*Working as part of a team
Schedule is somewhat flexible for school/life schedules.
$12-$13 starting depending on experience. Tips, bonuses, and more hours available.
Opportunity to advance into leadership positions.
Must be able to get along with Teammates and Dogs.
Must be at least 17
Preferably close and have transportation
Kennel experience like volunteer work at a shelter or ACS or with a Rescue is helpful.
Incentivized Training available.
Must be mature enough to work on a team and without supervision for part of the shifts.
