We had such an amazing time this past Saturday at Converse Goes Green! 🌿🐾

Our team loved getting out into the community, meeting so many of our wonderful clients, and welcoming new faces to our booth. From our spin-to-win prize wheel to our pet-safe seed packets and eco-friendly tips, we had so much fun sharing ways to keep both your pets and our planet healthy. 🌱💚

We also loved seeing everyone enjoy our goodies, learning more about our clinic, and stopping by to chat with our team!

Of course, one of the biggest highlights was introducing some of our favorite furry friends—Binky, along with Dr. Mahonski’s pups, Penny and Remi…who definitely stole the spotlight 🐶✨

A huge thank you to the City of Converse for inviting us to be part of such a fun and meaningful event. We’re so excited to continue being involved in the community and look forward to many more events to come!

🧺 Spring Cleaning for a Cause! 🧺🌸

Friends… we need your help. Like, really need your help.

At Acorn Hill Animal Hospital, we are officially down to just a handful of towels and blankets — and our sweet patients depend on them every single day. We use them for surgeries, recoveries, nervous pets who need comfort, messy clean-ups, and giving scared babies something soft to snuggle into.

If you’re doing some spring cleaning and have:
• Small towels
• Big towels
• Large blankets
• Throw blankets

PLEASE bring them to us instead of tossing them!

Every towel means a warm recovery after surgery.
Every blanket means a softer kennel for a nervous pet.

Donations can be dropped off anytime Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. No appointment needed — just swing by the front desk.

Your old linens become someone’s comfort. 🐾

Help us restock and keep our patients warm, clean, and cozy. We — and the furry babies — would be so grateful. 💛

❄️ Winter Weather Advisory ❄️

Due to icy road conditions from the winter storm, Acorn Hill Animal Hospital will have a delayed opening on Monday to make sure our team (and all our furry friends!) can get here safely.

🕚 We will be open from 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM
(Normally open at 7:30 AM, but safety comes first!)

We appreciate your understanding as we paws-itively prioritize safe travel for everyone. Please drive carefully, stay warm, and give your pets some extra cozy snuggles for us. 🐶🧣

As always, keep an eye on our social media for any updates—and remember, even the toughest pups know when it’s time to slow their roll on icy roads. 😉
