We have evaluated the weather to the best of our ability and have driven on 1604 and 281 ourselves to determine its drivability . With the current conditions and continued outlook for no rain we will open tomorrow. However in order to allow our staff to drive safely we will open at 830 am instead of 730 am. All surgeries, drop offs and grooming patients can drop off between 830-9 am and appointment can arrive as normal. Be safe, stay warm and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow. If anything changes we will update here. Thank you for your patience.

It’s that time of year again..

This year was another roller coaster of craziness. Thankfully due to your patience and your continued faith in our ability to deliver superior medical services we were able to endure. All our New Years celebrations are approaching quickly. While we love fireworks and celebrations lots of animals do not. If you’re a current client and need medication for firework anxiety please call us to get medications filled. There are many options available for your pets for anxiety.

Words somehow never seem enough to express how thankful we are for our veterans fulfilling the calling to defend and protect our great country. We may be broken at times , but the ideals that we were founded upon that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are still worth fighting for and worth preserving. As animal lovers we all know there comes a time when we have to say goodbye to our babies. Nothing ever makes it easier, but recently we found someone who does amazing portraits of your babies and it helps ease the sadness. She truly is wonderful and captures every part of their personality. If you ever think this is something you want to do I highly suggest you look her up. Having these truly helped close a chapter of our lives . Thank you.

Never forget seems to hold more value to us these days than it has in a while. In such a volatile time we are reminded of what we have lost and what freedom has cost us. Our freedoms of choice , choice to live how we want, choice to worship as we want, choice to pursue our dreams, choice to build a family of your choosing and how to raise your children are all something we take for granted. It makes us hated by people that want to watch us burn. Always remember how incredibly blessed we are to have those freedoms and the incredible cost many have paid for it by choice and by force. Never ever forget tomorrow is not promised. We only have the moment we’re in right now. Love your family, hold the people that matter as much as you can, laugh in joy, show grace , be humble and god bless you all!

We wanted to inform everyone that over the past year and a half we have been working with Royal Canin and patiently waiting for them to recoup from their pandemic staffing and supply issues , but unfortunately they have not been able to rectify the problem to our standards of providing nutritional care to our clients. We are often out of food with no answer to when diets will be available. Therefore we will be switching to Purina and exclusively carrying Purina diets which in our research is not having supply issues. We will start phasing out Royal Canin diets over the next few weeks based on what we have in stock. Our staff will work with you to help you figure out what new premium diet your pet should be on. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

The past 16 months have a been a roller coaster of emotions and decisions for everyone across the globe. However, in Texas we have seen a downward trend in cases consistently since mandates were lifted. Our citizens and our economy have remained strong as well. We have monitored the situation closely with the CDC and overall population behavior as it is very important to us that our staff and clients feel comfortable. With all of this in mind we have decided that we will reopen our doors as of June 7th with normal hours Mon-Fri 730 am- 7 pm. Masks will be optional within our hospital by clients and staff. We understand some may be uneasy about this so we will still have the option for curbside visits as well to try and accommodate the best we can. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and we hope we can keep our doors open indefinitely. We ask for your patience in this time of transition as we have some employees who have never had the opportunity to engage a client inside our facility. As Texans we can and will get through anything. We cant wait to see you all!!!!
