Marti was an owner surrender. They just decided they didn’t want her anymore. Not because she was a bad dog or caused any problems. Just because they were done with her. It is sad but not uncommon. Marti is safe now. She is in a foster home where is being well cared for. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm tested negative. The said she she appears to be about a year old. Meet Alice! Alice was found in a rural area of San Antonio. She was horribly matted, filthy, covered with fleas and ticks. A dog loving family picked her up and immediately had her scanned for a microchip, she didn't have one. They then posted her on several missing pet websites, to no avail. Not understanding how someone could lose such a sweet baby and not be searching for her was unimaginable. They contacted us to see if we could help get her the veterinary care she needed and find her a home. So now Alice is safe, flea and tick free but had to be completely shaved down! Our doctor examined her, spayed her, vaccinated, and microchipped her. She is now ready to find her perfect home. He guessed her to be about 5 years old because of her condition but said she may be younger due to the size of her uterus when he spayed her. We don't know for sure but we do know she is a super sweet, loving little girl who deserves to be pampered! If you are interested in more information on Alice check her out on petfinder !

Spencer is on the lookout for his perfect family! He had a home but they decided they couldn’t take care of him anymore so they threw him away! Fortunately there was an angel close by that offered to help him. She took him in and immediately brought him to us. Spencer is happy now but longs to have a family of his own! Meet Orion! He is just a little love bug! He wants to be friends with everyone. He doesn’t understand why everyone doesn’t love him in return! Orion at just a year old is full of life. Meet Paco! He is a 6 pound charmer! He has never met anybody he doesn’t like and has yet to find a lap he doesn’t want to sit in! He is unlike any chihuahua I have ever met. Paco doesn’t find it necessary to bark at everything that moves. He is calm and quiet as long he is able to curl up in a lap. Paco gets along great with the other dogs and is rather smitten with the cats! Paco is a great car rider and does well on a leash. Paco is looking for love! He is just as sweet as pie!
