Wellll it turns out I have Merle’s in this line! I’m so stoked to be working with these because they remind me of a Burmese splash mouse! As most of you know my mousery is fullllll of splash mice! We have three pearls!!! All so gorgeous! We also picked up some rats! An agouti blazed man and a PEW boy, both are incredibly sweet already! I felt like this news was too exciting to wait until after new year! They are all such sweet nuggets and I can’t wait to release names!

Merry Christmas yall and a happy holidays! I’ll be taking a much needed break from social media but I am still here! My main focus is on my animals and slowly but surely improving my lines! Here are some rat babies update! I’ll be back some time after the holidays! 🥰

Turns out I have three pearl babies! Two bucks and a doe! Rest are mink/black and all marked!

Some update photos of my first two rat litters! Bonus pictures of the man who fathered all these cuties! Cider!!! His hold back children will all be alcohol/apple based names lol! I can’t wait to see their fur come in!

Some more rat bean photos! Lost some beans overnight but that’s expected! 8 sweet babies and I’m soooooooo excited to see their fur come in! Took several side photos as I’m still learning how to check for dumbo ears at a young age! Enjoy their close ups!

Babies have landed! Only three boys!! I’m so thrilled to welcome this first litter to my rodentry! She had 10 beans minus a fourth boy who unfortunately didn’t make it! I was too excited to check eyes or ear placement haha! Should be some dumbos in here! I definitely noticed some black and some red eyed beans!

Finally got some belly pics! They aren’t the best tempered and our dog gets super excited (loud) when I get any rodent out so she hates it! Buck is much better tempered and I’m hoping that overcomes her temperament! I’m absolutely excited about her litter! Other doe looks like she is developing a baby bump as well!!! Can’t wait for holiday babies!

These are old photos but our beige odd eye doe officially has a pregnant belly! She is so chunky! Her estimated date was 23rd of this month but it may be sooner seeing how big she is getting! Buck is a pearl! He is the same boy that paired our AM blue! She is due on Christmas! I’m absolutely stoked!

My hooded AM blue doe has a s***m plug! So happy about this!! I can’t wait for a litter announcement! She was paired to a pearl dumbo buck!
