When you love your “happy place” so much… why wait for a ride? On July 22, Sampson, an energetic pup, slipped out of his fenced yard and engineered his own 1.5‑mile journey straight to his favorite hangout: Dogtopia of Springfield! That’s right, he made the journey all on his own to his home away from home!

"Relieved and not at all surprised" is how his parents described their reaction to the news.

Sampson the dog surprised his owners by escaping from his fenced backyard to travel over a mile, across busy roads, to visit his friends at his favorite doggy daycare

Let's give a big round of a paws to this weeks Dog of The Week... Mika!! This delightful pup has been coming to our store for a bit, and she has truly made our days brighter! Always greeting us with her sweet smile and fluffy fur, Mika loves to reign supreme on our playroom equipment like the queen she is! When she takes a break from her royal duties, you can find her lounging with her fluffy friends in our Toybox room. We absolutely adore Mika!
