We are seeking a friendly, dependable Sales Associate to join our small but mighty team. As the face of Pure Heart Pet, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for our clients while helping to keep the boutique running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for animal lovers who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor with enthusiasm and product knowledge
• Answer phones and schedule grooming appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting storefront
• Help manage inventory – unpack shipments, restock shelves, and track product levels
• Provide support to our grooming team as needed
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and special requests with kindness and patience
