Founded in 2001, Cripple Creek Farms is a first generation cattle farm that has been making headlines in the southeastern states due to its yearly improvement in Simmental beef cattle genetics. Cripple Creek Farms' owner and operator, Steve Ballard, has focused on improving his herd with emphasis on his slogan "Quality, not Quantity." In 2019 Cripple Creek Farms diversified into the freezer beef industry. Cripple Creek Farms offers for sale whole and half freezer beef ready for processing.
