Buyers may contact Cross Creek for current pricing information for whole and half beef purchases which are calculated by current market value and the live weight of the beef at the time of sale. All processing specific information is handled after sale and deliver of a

beef by contacting the Fleming Meat Packing Company. Custom cut and packaging information will be collected by Fleming Meat Packing Company at that time directly from the consumer.
