Our facility was designed to offer you a modern alternative to the traditional kennel-style boarding facilities. We were built on the premise that a tired dog is a happy dog! Our Resident Queen Emily Raye, Boss Lady and new Boy Mom to Emerson Ray, has reached 13 years with the Mode. She has been an integral part in building this business over the years and has help create a place of ZEN in the office. Her ability to keep her cool and manage life is astounding. This month we are celebrating 5 amazing human work anniversaries at the Mode. Please send out some gratitude to Bria and Troy for 4 years, Morgan for 3, Anja and Evan for 1! We have no words to describe the level of appreciation we have for these kids who just keep showing up and keeping our dogs safe and loved. We hope to have you all for as long as we can. DogMode celebrated 2 anniversaries in February but forgot it’s a short month. Please give Alex a shout out for showing up with a smile on her face for a full 4 years and to Kapree for loving on our small dogs for 3 years. Not sure how we get so lucky to retain these dog lovers but they never let us down. Thank you both for the love you show for our guests every shift. 💕

Today we held a surprise party to celebrate 2 amazing women, Faith & Jess for reaching their “DogMode Decade”! Both of them would have preferred not to be noticed but how could we not. Please congratulate these two for being consistent, loyal and hardworking for a full 10 years. Not sure how we continue to score with such great humans but we will celebrate them as often as possible. Sorry not sorry Faith & Jess for making this a big deal. It’s a BIG DEAl. 🏆

DogMode is proud to announce 2 more anniversaries this month. Please congratulate Jerek for completing 8 crazy years and Willow for reaching 3. Jerek was one of our original techs to take on small dogs and he has proven to be a true dog lover and team player. Willow also took on smalls but can be found all around the building now. You will have to stalk the web cams for a sighting of Jerek loving on our tiny pups. Thank you to both of these amazing humans for continuing to show up and care for our guests. 💕
