Some creamy dreamy snow oysters 🌨️❄️🌬️We’ll be phasing this cold-loving variety out soon and bringing back warmer tropical varieties like pinks and blues over the summer! So catch some of the last batch at our May events! Farmers Market May 17 and Grand Opening May 20 🎊🥳🎉

picked me up along with We loaded up the truck and we spent the morning at a local farm 🌶️🥬🫑🥦🥒🥕🫛🍅🍆🧅🧄 bringing some wonderful sms (spent mushroom substrate) to mix into their compost pile! Then gave us a farm tour while worked on garden beds. The farm is having a volunteer work day this Sunday at 1pm! Reach out to them and help out the farm. It’s so fulfilling and worthwhile. Many hands make light work!

Mushrooms being grown for centerpieces and floral arrangements 💐🪸 Instead of harvesting them when they’re “ready”, they were allowed to mature and express themselves more wildly. Can’t wait to see the magic creates with all these mushrooms 🥰✨🍄‍🟫🍄

We’ll be taking a break from farmers markets for the next few weekends. We’ll be at a special market on March 22. And back at on March 29. Also, fresh mushrooms are stocked weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays!
