Here are a few tips to help you:
โข Be in the moment. Thinking too much about frustrating past behavior and how it will happen again in the future will bring too much stress into your life.
โข When you get frustrated, taking a break is okay. Itโs okay to go ahead and put your puppy in his crate.
โข Changing your thoughts is paramount to success and can affect your progress. Thoughts that offer curiosity, wonder, and flexibility are best.
โข Recognize that changing behavior takes time. Celebrate even the smallest victories!
โข Get help. If you are struggling with this, talk with friends that are positive and can help you see gratitude and happiness in your life. It might also be helpful to train your puppy with friends.
