🎄🐾 IMPORTANT HOLIDAY APPOINTMENT POLICY UPDATE! 🐾🎄
With Thanksgiving and Christmas right around the corner, I want to make something VERY clear regarding holiday appointments at Clippity Do Dogs Spaw!
🚨 EFFECTIVE FOR HOLIDAY WEEKS: ALL NO-SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS MADE WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS’ NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A FEE EQUAL TO 100% OF THE SCHEDULED GROOM COST! 🚨
💥 THIS FEE MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT CAN BE BOOKED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Here’s why I’m putting this policy in place.
The holidays are one of the BUSIEST times of the year for groomers. Everyone wants their babies looking and smelling their best for family gatherings, pictures, and celebrations. I completely understand that, and I work my tail off trying to accommodate as many of you as possible!
BUT when you book an appointment, you are reserving MY time and taking a spot that another client would absolutely LOVE to have.
When someone doesn’t show up or cancels at the last minute, that’s an appointment I could have given to someone else. Someone I may have already had to turn away because my schedule was full.
And quite frankly, that’s unfair to me, my business, AND the other clients trying to get their babies in.
Please remember that I am ONE person running this salon. Every appointment matters. This is my livelihood, not just a hobby, and my time deserves to be respected just as much as yours does.
I understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up, but I also have a business to run and a schedule full of people counting on me.
🎄 If you book a holiday appointment, PLEASE make sure you can commit to it!
I absolutely LOVE what I do, and I appreciate every single person who supports my little business. But with the holiday rush, I have to be firm about protecting my time and making things fair for everyone.
