Had a great group of girls this weekend for a cowgirls weekend!! Fun to see them keep getting better and learning new skills all the time. Also had some good time spent in the Bible and encouraging each other. Keep up the hard work ladies!

Well we’re a little late in posting, but better late than never.
Here at the ranch we have interns for the summer. We believe in investing in the future of our country and it’s won or lost with our young men.
During the internship we want to focus on a few specific areas. We work on c**t starting, Horseshoeing, pasture roping, leather working and overall general ranch maintenance. The entire time it’s hands on learning.
But the most important lesson we talk about is our walk with God. Every day is started with Bible study. Because it doesn’t matter how good of a hand we are if are walk with the Lord is in shambles!
This summer we were honored to have John Dennis and Hunter Potter. These two young men were great students and our going to be extraordinary men. They were a ton of fun and worked and learned well together. Thanks for being a blessing to our ranch and we pray that you guys will be a light to this world with your faith!

We have 6 head of fall bred heifers. We purchased these girls from Steve Sullivan as yearlings They were vet checked and pelvic measured. Bred to low birthweight black angus bulls. These will make a great set of cows!! PM us or call Wes 5732630985.

Here is a nice set of heifers. We purchased these as yearlings from Steve and Claudia Sullivan. They are out of red angus cows. They have been pelvic measured and had all pre breeding vaccines. These are bred to low birthweight angus bulls from Gilbert Cattle Co. We have 14 head that are in the second stage and 3 that are 50-75 days bred. These cattle are out of proven genetics. They will make good moderate framed cows that will make a living! Call for more info

We had the privilege of hosting our first horseshoeing clinic this past weekend. Kent Misener was able to come and be our clinician. Kent is a certified journeyman farrier (CJF) and the owner of Clip-Clop Horseshoeing. The focus was on balancing feet and fitting shoes. With other topics like fitting pads, packing feet, and business strategy. This clinic was a pleasure to host and we hope it is the first of many! Thank you Kent and to all the participants!
