The Stables at Frederica had a busy and successful Mother’s Day Weekend at The Grand Oaks Resort in Florida for an equestrian competition. Glynn Academy senior Camille Limburg returned to the show arena riding The Stables’s Sabrina in the hunter and jumper arenas, topping several classes. Brunswick High School senior Anna Weese showed The Stables’s Avanti to several wins in the same divisions as well, including a Jumper Classic and earning Reserve Champion honors. The Bland family came out in force, with youngest Lily Beth continuing her partnership with her own pony Alcaponies Pony Soprano (Tony the Pony), sister Rubye Kate picking up the ride on new Stables’s horse Pretty in Pink with several wins in the Walk/Trot division, and mom Mary Katelyn Bland making her show ring debut aboard The Stables’s Rusty in the crossrails divison! Cami Morrison made her HSITP debut on The Stables’s Maddie, clinching tricolors on both Saturday and Sunday in the Walk/Trot division. Juliet Green rounded out our newcomers to the travel circuit with a champion in the Crossrails Equitation divsion, and Quinn Collins showed The Stables’s Hank to several wins, including a large Poles class. Congratulations to all riders.
The Stables will host the second show of their Frederica Hunt Series on Saturday, May 30th at The Stables at Frederica.
