Mrs. Colonel K9 has been spending a lot more time with Judo lately since he came SO close to euthanization on 8/17. He’s not perfect but he’s smart and loving and he is learning! Judo is a 2-year-old American Bulldog mix from Glynn County Animal Services, featured with our friends at Grateful Cats/Canines Allies & Supporters. This smart, energetic guy recently tried dock diving for the first time and absolutely crushed it! Judo loves having a job, staying active, and bonding with his person, making him a great candidate for dog sports or an adventurous home. He’ll do best with an experienced adopter who can provide structure, training, and guidance around some resource guarding. SPECIAL FOSTER NEEDED ❤️

This sweet boy is terrified in the shelter environment. He does not like being on a leash either which makes it hard to take him outside. Due to this, we are in need of a foster with a secured fenced in yard that has the patience to help this guy learn to trust humans. He does appear to gravitate towards other dogs, so a furry sibling with some confidence would likely do wonders for him.
