As we step into 2025, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued commitment to your pets' grooming needs and routines. Your trust in us allows us to provide the best care for your pets, and we are so thankful for the bond we’ve built with you and your pups.

We are excited that we are accepting new client applications as we start thisnyear. As an exclusive, application-based salon, we require all potential clients to complete an application prior to being considered for an appointment. All clients—new and current—must remain on a prebooked schedule and maintain regular appointments to ensure consistent care and grooming standards.

Saturday Appointments Available for Current Clients
Allison, Nancy, and Mariah have opened a limited number of Saturday appointment slots. If any of our current small dog clients are interested in switching to a Saturday appointment, please reach out to us before we offer these slots to new clients.

2025 Price Adjustments
To maintain the high standard of grooming and care that you and your pets deserve, we must implement another price increase starting January 1, 2025. This increase reflects rising operational costs, continued education for our team, and the upkeep of top-quality equipment and products. Clients with appointments spaced more than six weeks apart, larger breeds, or specialized needs may see a higher adjustment. These adjustments ensure we can continue to provide exceptional service while supporting our amazing team with fair wages and resources.

We understand this may impact some of you, and while we hope to retain your trust and patronage, we know our services may not align with everyone's budget. For those who may choose to explore other options, please know we value the time we’ve shared caring for your pets.

Policies Reminder
To ensure smooth operations for all clients, we will continue enforcing our policies, including cancellation, no show and late arrival rules and fees. Please remember that missed appointments or repeated last-minute cancellations can impact your ability to book future appointments.
