Potter has always been cute, but grooming wasn't always his favorite thing.

The biggest change didn't happen overnight though. It came from consistent grooming appointments, a little brushing practice at home, and finding the haircut that worked best for his coat and lifestyle.

A lot of dogs learn that grooming is predictable, comfortable, and nothing to worry about when it's part of a regular routine. That's where confidence starts to grow.

Seeing dogs like Potter become more relaxed with each visit is one of the best parts of what we do. 🐾

Looking at this photo, what do you notice first?

Most people see the haircut.
