Talk to your veterinarian if your dog is scared and anxious with loud noises and the upcoming 4th of July fireworks. Most all dogs are, so please leave them safely at home and don’t bring them with you if you’re going out to see the fireworks.

What is the 3-3-3 rule when adopting a rescue dog?

There’s only 10 days left til Christmas! We can’t believe it. Can you? Did you shop for your favorite fur baby already?

Please stay away from this type of rawhide when finding a gift for your pup. These are not good for your dogs and can cause obstructions if consumed. That surgery is scary and costly. Stick to more easily digestible, small sized snacks.

Alternatives we recommend are carrots, bully sticks, deer or elk antlers, and Himalayan Yak chews.

What other rawhide alternatives do you like giving your pup?

As with anything your pup is chewing, supervision is necessary.

Are you familiar with, or already using a Front-clip harness?

This is a great option for dogs who like to pull. The leash clips to the front of the harness, helping to stop a dog’s forward movement.

Be sure to check with your vet or trainer about proper fit.

There are plenty of benefits. They are usually already pros at basic commands, low key, less energetic, house trained, and have so much love to give and companionship.
