If you are a 501c3, we WILL make sure your info is on file, up to date and accurate. What we need on file:
-Your IRS 501c3 paperwork
-Your group's mission statement
-A list of people authorized to pull under your 501c3.
-Contact names, phone numbers and email address' for founders of the 501c3
-Copy of rescue founder/president's photo ID
-location of where the animals will be going once they leave our facility
-vet references
You may send a fax or email if you have someone new picking up for you and you can even say it's just for this one time. The Adoption Partnership Agreement is our form. We can fax it to you or email it to you. It must be signed and returned to RCAS along with the rest of the required info before your group can pull from RCAS. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Please make sure this is in order BEFORE you send someone to pull an animal. You will get an Adoption Partnership Compliance Agreement for every animal that you pull. This form lets us know that you have complied with the Adoption Agreement by having the animal you've pulled sterilized and given a rabies vaccine. You are required to return this form on every animal you pull in order to continue to pull from RCAS. Failure to do so will result in your 501c3 not being permitted to pull from RCAS. PLEASE DON'T LET JUST ANYONE PULL UNDER YOUR 501C3! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ANIMALS THAT LEAVE RCAS UNDER YOUR 501C3
