The Tanbark horse show provides a valuable annual contribution to the community. Our annual auction supports Saddlebred Rescue and We Can Ride. Unfortunately, this year's Tanbark horse show and auction have been cancelled. However, we have alternative ways to contribute this year.
Join us for The Underware Relay Races! At the Pop Up horse show this Saturday, June 28 at the Washington County Fairgrounds. You can help by entering the race, being a sponsor or donating. Hope to see you there & enjoy in the fun to help two great organizations.

The Tanbark Horse Show is disappointed to announce that the 2025 show planned for June 26 -29 at the MN Equestrian Center in Winona is unfortunately cancelled.
Necessary repairs needed as a result of the fire will not be completed in time for Tanbark. As horse show facilities are limited and calendars are full for the year, we don’t have any other options to bring you the high quality show that Tanbark represents. We appreciate all the support from out exhibitors and trainers and look forward to being back at the MN State Fairgrounds in 2026.

On behalf of the officers, board and volunteers at Saddlebred Rescue Inc we want to thank the Minnesota American Saddlebred Horse Association and its show Tanbark Horse Show for their donations recently received to help support our rescue program. This is important to us and its only proper to recognize such a professional, organized and active ASHBA club that has been a long time friend and supporter of the horses that we help. Again thank you to Sally, Angela, Doug, Betsy and their board for recognizing us. A special shout out to Sherri Netti and Shelli Wilk for their work for the auction at the horse show. Our doors are always open to you and your members. Saddlebred Rescue Inc will be celebrating its 20th Anniversary year in 2025.
