Freezing sweet corn is simple:
Blanch ears for a few minutes, drop in ice water, cut off the cob, and freeze. Enjoy fresh white corn all winter long—Thanksgiving, you’ll thank yourself.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for another great year! You are all such a blessing to us and we will miss seeing you at the Stand. Let’s give farmer Bert and his crew a big hand for all of the wonderful produce this season. Also for Cal Apiaries who provides the amazing honey and Kirsten for the gorgeous bouquets! A special shout out to Magic Water/Vetsch Plumbing for graciously letting us use their parking lot. You’re all the best! Have a healthy and happy winter and we will see you next year!

Good morning! I hope you all had a fun and relaxing Labor Day weekend. Thanks to all who stopped by the stand. ❤️ Tuesday and Wednesday will be our last two days of the season. We are fully stocked with Bert’s famous sweet corn, watermelon and fresh bouquets. We are out of cantelouoe, cucumbers and tomatoes. See you soon!
