The Barker Shop Grooming and Boarding, LLC A 2300 Square foot indoor facility and one acre property for all of your grooming and boarding needs Marys Veterinary Clinic where I had worked for 7 years.

I started my grooming career in San Diego, CA at Petsmart as a Professional Bather in 2005-2006, and helped a friend in her private San Diego based shop. After making different career moves, I came back to grooming and completed my schooling, and completed all of my practical hours by two Nash Academy Graduates. I worked in a pet boutique for a year, and chose to move to St. I reside in St. Marys

with my husband, Nick Uhlenhake, our 3 boys, Cole, Nolan, Brice, and our daughter, Reese, our Chihuahua Sampson, our Boxador, Bonnie and our Pitbull, Clyde. I've always grown up with pets, and love every animal, large or small. I've helped with rescues, and boarding. I love doing what I do each and everyday, and would love to make your pet beautiful!

After over two years, today was Alice’s last day. She has been an amazing asset to our team who kept the place spotless, cared for every dog like her own, was extremely reliable and we will miss her immensely and always asking about her hair clips or listen to her serenading the dogs in the facility. We wish her the best of luck in her radiology career! (We secretly tried to snap pics of Alice all day!)
