It is with a VERY heavy heart I'm unfortunately having to make the announcement that Sweetie, our Chinchilla, has passed away.
It has taken me over an hour to be able to type this post without crying, and trying to find the right words.

Mel and I spent time with him, petting him as he passed away.
We reached out before making this post to current and previous staff, letting them know and also giving them the opportunity to stop by and say goodbye before making this post.

Even though this is a very emotional day for us, he lived life to the fullest, scaring kids and dogs for just shy of 2 decades.
