🐾 Important Update from Kingdom Animal Hospital 🐾
We’d like to share an important update with our valued clients regarding our medical record system.
Several months ago, we posted about an upcoming transition to a new system. At that time, the change was postponed and did not take place as originally planned.
We are now actively making this transition.
This exciting update will help us serve you and your pets even better — but during the changeover, you may notice some slight delays in how quickly we can return phone calls and process medication refill requests.
To help us keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask that you:
📞 Call at least 48 hours in advance for any medication refills
🙏 Be patient with our team as we learn the new system — we promise we’re working hard to make this as seamless as possible!
Rest assured, we’ll still be operating as normal and are here to provide the same compassionate, high-quality care your pets deserve.
