Offering minor grooming services including toe nail trims, etc, to her community of Columbia County, Oregon, fulfills Jess’s social need to help pets and their owners, and stay connected to them in a small way. By law, Jessica is ONLY able to offer grooming services, and is not able to offer any veterinary services or veterinary prescribing, diagnosing, surgery, or prognosing, so please be understanding of her legal limitations.
