Hi all! Happy holiday season! This time of year is extremely busy for me and as of now, I am booked all through until mid January. So thankful!
With the busyness of the season I need to be strict on my 10 minute late policy. If you’re 10 mins late I will no longer be able to keep your appointment and will have to reschedule. No exceptions. I am on a deadline every day to leave at a certain time to get my little girl from school. 10 minutes doesn’t sound like much but it is in a grooming setting. If you’re arriving late but in the 10 minute grace period, I kindly ask that you come straight in and don’t take the time to walk or train your pet. If it needs that, please arrive early. Thank you very much! ❤️❤️
There has been several “no-shows” the last few weeks / last min cancelations. I totally understand that things happen and appointments get forgotten. However, it’s been happening a lot more often. So effective next week 11/11/2024 I will be charging 50% of the grooming charge before your next groom as a non refundable “no show fee” if you don’t show to your appointment. I can take that over the phone or Venmo or in person. I also have new waiver forms to fill out and sign with these policies on it. After 3 “no shows” I’ll have to ask you to find a new groomer as my schedule is very full and I have a waiting list a mile long. Please please text me 24 hours or atleast the day before your groom if you’re going to cancel so I can fill your spot.
If you’re arriving with more than one pet, please let me know if one or more are not making it with the other one so that I can fill that spot as well.
