Wondering how this program is going? Compassionate Care Cat Clinic (CCCC) alone reports they have spayed 172 females and neutered 147 males.
PLEASE be patient with both CCCC and Barnesville Veterinary Services and understand there is a waiting list. They do have other animals to service besides the business we are sending their way. We are immensely thankful for their partnerships! ❤️

Please help us in reducing the number of unwanted cats in Belmont County communities. BCARL is excited to announce that we have partnered with Compassionate Care Cat Clinic and Barnesville Veterinary Services to offer 💢FREE💢 feline spay/neuter services to Belmont County residents. Our goal is to alter somewhere in the neighborhood of 500-600 cats in 2025. This program will cease once the allocated funds have been depleted.
Here’s what you need to know:
📍
Cat owners in Belmont County should contact either Compassionate Care or Barnesville Veterinary to make an appointment. (We have updated the graphic attached to this post with contact information.) Please note that due to the overwhelming response to our initial post, Barnesville Vet will be taking calls until 2/7/25, then they will pause to get caught up.
