Oddballs' rabbitry started in 2010. I have English in MI, dabbling in other breeds at times. I got my first rabbit, a Blue Holland lop in 2010.

Owned and Operated by Natalie Steffes

'' I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me'' Phil. 4:13 Oddballs' Rabbitry is a small rabbitry in Michigan raising Holland lops and English angoras. I keep trying to perfect my herd to the best they can be. I am a youth breeder and a 4-her. I am open to answer any questions you have if I don't have the answer I will find it for you.

December 4-5 is a weekend you won’t want to miss!
It is in my opinion the best show of the year. The MI OH State Line R.B.A. flawlessly combines my two favorite things: Christmas and bunnies.
There is a chance to show your Czech Frosties and Angoras 6 times! Both the Michigan Angora Club and the Great Lakes Czech Frosty Club are hosting specialties with some amazing prizes.
This is also the Great Lakes Czech Frosty Club’s first show, as it was founded in July.
I hope to see you there!

Things did not go as planned for the ARBA convention. The morning I was loading Stella up to get her to Reno, she chipped her front tooth.
I was thankful to have a backup doe I could send in her place, Oddballs’ When the Lilacs Bloom has made it to convention and is doing great!
Thank you to all those who have helped!

I got my singular entry in for convention. She is on a one way ticket, so I figured I might as well make it a good one.
If you are needing to add a Czech Frosty doe to your herd at convention, Czech out the Fabulous Frosty Auction. I am happy to be able to contribute Oddballs’ Stella (2 jr legs). This is a cute little doe ready to help another herd.

I wanted to share some homegrown Frosties.
These bucks are actually half brothers, which makes it fun to see their different stages in development.
Last Saturday, at the Just for Fun Rabbit Club show, I was honored to win 3 out of the 4 Czech Frosties classes both shows, with Oddballs’ Carolina Wren taking two Best of Breeds. He is a sr buck that has not had much table time since spring. Oddballs’ When the Lilacs Bloom and 2C’s Evening Star each took a BOS. Oddballs’ Kanawha won his class both shows, he now has 4 jr legs.
Congratulations to Amy and Jackie as well! It was so nice to spend the day with you ladies.

I had a good time at the Western Michigan show today!
2 specialties, 2 all breed shows for two different breeds in two different barns is always a fun challenge. I am proud of my herds first outing since the summer.
Oddballs’ Jessica; 2xBOB; BISS
I am very thankful to Jenny who worked so hard to keep her in coat for me.
4 Acres Crystal; 3xBOB, BISS
2C’s Braveheart; 2xBOS, RISS
Rose Arbor’s Grand Finale 1xBOS
I have some homegrowns I am very excited about getting on the table as well!

Fair seasons is always exciting, I find it helps me feel closer to my roots as I started rabbits through 4-H and showing at the fair.
I was very excited to help Czech Frosties be represented through fairs. These young ladies (and more) have done exceptionally with their Frosties, even raising their own litters. I hope next year even more fairs will see the Frosties represented!

Last weekend, I had a great time at Czech Frosty Nationals in Augusta, NJ.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to have this breed. Thanks be to God!
