Celery Juice For Cats And Dogs
Plain, fresh celery juice is a powerful Medical Medium healing tool, including for our cats and dogs!
Celery juice is antiviral, antibacterial, anti-mold, anti- yeast, anti–unproductive fungus, and antiparasitical. It helps restore neurotransmitter chemicals, nerve cells, and hydrochloric acid (HCl) in the stomach.
Follow this simple method to make fresh celery juice:
Ingredients:
1-2 bunches of celery (this is the amount for humans; cats and dogs should consume less. You can give your pet some of the celery juice you make for yourself or make a little extra for them)
Directions:
Rinse the celery and run it through a juicer. Strain well.
Alternatively, you can chop the celery and blend it in a high-speed blender until smooth. Don’t add water or ice for the greatest healing benefits, use only celery. Strain the blended celery well through a fine mesh strainer, cheesecloth, or nut milk bag.
Important Note: Avoid giving your pets the dry pulp left from making celery juice or other juices. This dry pulp is lacking water. The pulp creates too much bulk inside your dog or cat without the hydration and other parts of the food. This bulk can slow down the digestive process, not allowing for the natural ability of peristaltic action to take place due to bulk matter clogging up the intestinal pathway.
