The team of Veterinary professionals at Anastasia Cat Clinic remain committed to serving our Clients and Patients during this Covid-19 virus pandemic. We have taken steps to protect our staff and resident kitties such as limiting entrance to the Clinic to Staff and cat Patients in carriers. No owners will be admitted to the building. We have also shifted the bulk of our pharmacy, herb, and food sales to online and delivery. We have limited our appointments to urgent and emergent care for our established clients and respectfully ask that you understand the need to put these measures in place.
As always we will endeavor to help you maintain your cats health, resolve concerns, and assist with keeping your kitty properly supplied, or referring to outside resources.
As you might expect, our vendors have communicated that there has been a tremendous surge in their on-line business and they are understandably temporarily overwhelmed. Every effort is being made to get on track quickly but they beg your pardon for the delays we are all subject to endure. In some cases they will ask us to select alternatives. We will help our clients navigate these issues as they come up.
Please contact us preferentially through email at [email protected] for advice, medicine and food requests, and any medical issues which are not emergencies. Our phone lines have been quite busy and we are operating with limited staff in clinic. Fortunately they are being supported by Staff working from home, hence the request to email. If you have access to email please limit phone calls to urgent situations or to let us know you are in the parking lot for pickup/delivery.
We want to assure you that as long as we are able, we will remain available to help be your partners in the loving care of your cats.
