Hello Everyone!!
Of course I've been super busy getting everything wrapped up for the show. I am happy to announce that we are almost sold out! I've had a few tables open up, so if you have been putting off registering now is your chance before we fill up! Chase has arrived for one lucky entrant on Saturday to win!
We should have the hall Friday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm for set up and/or swap time if anyone wants to come during this time, you are welcome to. I've also requested that the hall is open at 7:00am, judging to begin at 8:00am, and I will send out a notification if these times change. I will have some snacks and water, but let me know if you have any requests. I am also going to check with the neighboring Cracker Barrel to see if they offer any meals for groups which I hope to find out this week.
Also, we could use a judge for Saturday China Custom Glaze and Sunday Artist Resin and Custom divisions, so please let me know if you would like to volunteer to judge any of these.
As always, donations are welcome and appreciated!
All the entrants have been provided their entrant IDs a few weeks ago, with an update just going out this week for the newer entrants. If you have any questions let me know. Please keep in mind that tag front should have, Horse Name, Gender, Breed, and entrant ID (instead of initials) This is all that is required, and you can use the back for anything including initials or class number to help you stay on track. ***NOTE: You can still use index cards instead, just don't lose them as the judges will not be collecting them. :)
We will have the time Friday to swap if anyone wants, but please remember that you are allowed to sell at your tables also. Since the tables here are 6', you may wish to bring a small table to sell from, or even some portable shelves. This is not a problem! Just let me know Friday during the setup, or early morning on your show day and I will be happy to help you set up, please be polite so that the paths are not blocked for the other showers.
OH! One more thing! I've noticed that vintage customs are being discussed more, and was wondering if anyone would be interested in us adding a vintage CM class for workmanship?
I believe I covered everything so far, but let me know if I missed anything!
I'm very excited to see you all and can't wait for the show :)
