Cove Corner Kennels is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, motivated Assistant Manager to join our team! If you love working with dogs, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping lead a team — we’d love to hear from you.
What this role involves:
✔ Supporting daily kennel operations and ensuring top-quality care for all dogs
✔ Helping manage staff schedules, workflow, and team communication
✔ Assisting with customer service, check-ins, and client relationships
✔ Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility
✔ Stepping into a leadership role when needed and helping solve problems calmly and professionally
We’re looking for someone who:
🐶 Has experience working with dogs or in animal care (preferred)
🐶 Is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
🐶 Communicates clearly and works well with a team
🐶 Is confident taking initiative and helping lead others
🐶 Can handle a busy environment and stay positive under pressure
🐶 Is comfortable with physical work (cleaning, lifting, active dog care, etc.)
