Due to an increasing number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations over the past year, we have implemented a no-show, no-call, and late cancellation policy, consistent with industry standards for appointment-based businesses. A fee of $25 will be applied for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or for first-time no-shows. A second occurrence will incur the full price of the service. Following a third instance, we regret that we will be unable to accommodate future bookings. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, we kindly request that you respect our time, as we reciprocate the same courtesy to our clients.
