Lots of wildlife out at my office. I’ve seen lots of Turkeys, jack rabbits, coyotes, and probably over 300 species of birds. Being out in the bufferlands is pretty cool.





Chickens are laying…. No more store bought eggs for a while. Look at the color…. Yummmmm. Ham n eggs for breakfast :)

10 bags of freeze dried Spaghetti with traditional sauce and 2 without sauce are now in the storage box. Reconstituted the crumbs on the tray after I was done and it’s perfect. Pasta is not over cooked at all.
